The Role We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting implementation teams to strengthen the unique partnerships with our client's user base. You will work side-by side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new uses cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. As a dedicated Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst for our organization's work with the Department of Defense (DOD), you will be responsible for providing onsite support in the D.C. area, delivering direct assistance to users, and helping develop valuable workflows for analysts. You will also help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools to facilitate insights, informed decision-making, and responses to various operational questions.
What We Value
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
Prior experience with Palantir Gaia (essential knowledge required) and Palantir Foundry (debugging capabilities preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense, including joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials.
