Overview We are looking for a Program Consultant to lead a team providing disaster management, social service recovery for a federal civilian customer. This is an opportunity to advance emerging technologies in the field of disaster management. Responsibilities Provide SME level support to a team of consultants supporting program(s) providing social service recovery and disaster management for a federal customer Oversee the completion of project deliverables to include status reports and technical assessments Serve as liaison between project team(s) and federal stakeholders Provide consulting services to include policy, strategy development and evaluation Qualifications Masters Degree and 10 years experience required Previous managerial experience leading functional SME teams providing social service recovery and disaster management for a federal civilian agency PMP certification preferred Data analytics expereience preferred Previous experience in policy development/implementation and strategy development About Highlight For over ten years, Highlight has provided Development and Modernization, Secure IT, and Mission Solution services to our federal government customers.
