Job Description
Perform minor adjustments, clean and fill machine.
Monitor fluid levels and machine performance for maximum productivity and quality.
Operate die cast equipment manually as necessary and clear faults.
Monitor metal temperatures, plug size, casting removal, die spray, part release and transfer, trimming operation and quality of castings, making corrections as necessary.
Visually inspect to certify part quality and pack castings per relevant Work Instruction.
Required Skills and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
