The Digital Marketing Coordinator-Digital Ads is the executor of the SEM campaigns and is responsible for creating, launching, and managing the ads on various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads. The Digital Marketing Coordinator-Digital Ads conducts keyword research, writes ad copy, sets bids and budgets, selects targeting options, and monitors the performance and quality score of the ads. The Digital Marketing CoordinatorDigital Ads also performs regular testing, analysis, and optimization of the ads, based on the data and feedback from the Digital Marketing Manager and analytic tools.
Responsibilities

Successful Candidates Will Have Experience With: - Proven success managing paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms. - Performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and online customer acquisition - Current trends and best practices in search engine marketing - Website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)--SEO knowledge is a plus! - Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports - Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments - Ability to work independently and as a team. - Problem-solving in a variety of situations. - Ability to own projects—making sure they get done correctly and on time.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of SEM/PPC experience - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications - Experience with other lead-gen organizations—nice to have
