Overview
The Workflow Administrator I will be interacting primarily with internal business partners making sure that all daily tasks are completed by the department’s service standards previously agreed upon. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced and growing environment. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is flexible, adaptable and maintains workflow.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.
Monitor and receive documentation from three sources: Email, Fax, Mail
Perform high volume data entry functions.
Ensure all tasks are completed timely, accurately and meets the department’s service standards.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma
Experience conducting high volume of data entry
Experience working independently or collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Strong multi-tasking skills
Experience solving on the job problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience utilizing interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
2 years’ office experience preferred.
