Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for GSI Program Manager with our client located in Santa Clara, CA.
Project Description: Team is seeking a program manager to drive internal processes in support of our Global System Integrators (GSI) program. The ideal candidate will develop and implement standardized project management methodologies specifically tailored for GSIs to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects. They will facilitate collaboration between internal teams by establishing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks. This includes regularly following up with key stakeholders to ensure continuous forward momentum. Additionally, the candidate will analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. These insights will be used to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement within the GSI ecosystem. Their expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of project management and ensuring the successful execution of complex integration projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies tailored for Global System Integrators (GSI) to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and GSI partners by establishing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks, following up with key stakeholders to ensure forward momentum.
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement within the GSI ecosystem.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on developing and implementing standardized methodologies.
• Proven track record of working with Global System Integrators (GSI) or similar large-scale integration projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between internal teams and GSI partners.
• Experience in establishing and managing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to follow up and ensure project momentum.
• Proficiency in analyzing project performance metrics and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Understanding of GSI ecosystems and the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
• Proven experience in driving change and implementing best practices across diverse project environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Job Details:
• Contract: 6 months (Possible extension for the right person).
• Pay Rate: $100 - 108 / hr
• Location: Santa Clara, CA. Remote is also an option.
