This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 3990 Concours, Ontario, CA.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday - Friday.

This is a challenging role with serious impact. It's a fast paced, intense and high volume operation where accuracy and quality are essential. You'll need to be focused, learn fast and contribute quickly as well as communicate effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED OR equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Must be 18+ years of age OR older
- Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior eligibility/enrollment experience
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Reside within30 miles of the office 3990 Concours, Ontario, CA
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
California Residents Only:The hourly range for this is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited tolocal labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
