Diagnose and analyze the company's manufacturing process to improve and enhance the balance rate of the production line.\t
Analyze product standard working hours and measure production capacity, developing product standard working hours and personnel quotas.\t
Plan manufacturing layout and optimize logistics at manufacturing sites to increase space utilization, arrange production sites reasonably, and maximize production efficiency while optimizing human-machine engineering.\t
Conduct action research to improve work methods, enhance work efficiency, and reduce material waste.\t
Continuously improve production efficiency, increase production capacity, assist production lines in solving problems, and reduce production interference factors.\t
Collect and distribute operation manuals, providing training and tracking verification according to standardized operation manuals and product quality standards.\t
Identify waste on the production site from a manufacturing perspective, propose improvement plans, and help optimize implementation.\t
Assist the Manufacturing Manager in effectively managing the Manufacturing Department.\t
Identify and manage environmental and energy factors within the functional scope.\t

Formulate wage quotas and production line personnel standards.\t
Require personnel to make improvements if the 6S of the production line does not meet the standard.\t
Conduct operational action studies to improve work methods, improve work efficiency, and reduce material scrap.\t
Optimize manufacturing layout and site logistics to increase space utilization, maximize production efficiency, and optimize ergonomics.\t
