The Senior, HR Business Partner reports directly to the SVP, HR Business Partner for Operations and Finance, providing direct access to leaders and managers to support the business' vision, mission, and overall project objectives.
What You Will Do
- Contribute as a member of the Finance and Operations HR Leadership Team.
- Support HR Business Partners by integrating your HR expertise with strategic thinking, analytics, and data skills.
- Manage and implement change management initiatives.
- Lead and assist in organization effectiveness projects aimed at improving business results through enhanced work practices and role clarity.
- Develop, align, and execute HR programs and initiatives to ensure successful completion aligned with business unit plans.
Skills You Will Need
Advanced Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
System Thinking: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks and devise solutions using logical, repeatable steps.
Open and Continuous Communication: Practice open and continuous communication, value keeping others informed, and effectively present information in a clear and concise manner.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional lines and at various organizational levels.

Change Management: Experience in change management methodologies and practices to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes or initiatives.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to support business objectives.
Conflict Resolution: Strong conflict resolution skills to handle interpersonal conflicts or disagreements effectively and promote a positive work environment.
Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically and align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives to drive business success.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and situations, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges.
