OVERVIEW : The Quality Assurance Technician will operate scales, verifying that product samples fall within specified ranges, record data on paper and the computer system(s). Observes employees and confirm compliance with safe food handling practices while monitoring HACCP documentation to confirm compliance with the HACCP plan.
