Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
The Knowledge and Information Partnerships team manages partnerships that help build, differentiate, and scale Google’s products across Search, Assistant, Social Impact, Payment and Shopping, Ads and Research, Core, and more.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,500-$121,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Collaborate cross-functionally to drive and secure distribution and integrations with Apps and Platforms.
- Build, maintain, and evolve relationships with Apps working with developers/partners.
- Design and implement processes and policies to improve Google’s ability to partner at scale and represent Google at partner events or locations.
- Drive collaboration with partner and internal operation teams to complete technical implementations and partner onboarding.
- Lead internal and external communications and understand full scope of partners’ commercial and product needs, and provide partner feedback internally to help inform Product decisions and roadmaps.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships, and in structuring contracts, interpreting legal documents, and working with legal teams to sign agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing partnerships.
- Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Ability to structure partnership models and handle business issues.
- Ability to grasp technical and product concepts.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
