This role represents the beginning of an exciting journey in public human resources, offering essential office support to the PSSH Human Resources Office and undertaking clerical and limited technical duties. You will perform various functions, such as maintaining electronic Official Personnel Files (eOPF), managing access to documents, ensuring completion of annual Employee Performance Reviews (EPRs) for all employees, and updating manuals and reference material. Another responsibility is to prepare Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) reports for Medicare and Medicaid. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing the Nurse Aide recruitment process, which includes overseeing shift bidding, maintaining thorough vacancy files, verifying certifications, preparing interview notices and appointment letters, and submitting electronic Personnel Action Requests (ePARs).

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment; 37.5 hours/week
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year of clerical or other comparable experience which involved obtaining, providing, and evaluating information in accordance with established standards; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Legal Requirements:

• A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
