JOB OVERVIEW
This role will have two primary responsibilities. First, it will support the development and execution of transformational projects tied to the Sunrise Strategic Business Plan. Second, it will drive a sense of continuous improvement in Sunrise operations through oversight and management of key processes, systems, and tools. Key to this role is the ability to lead large-scale projects, use data to inform the creation of a strategy, build cross-functional relationships, apply critical thinking skills, and provide analytics to track, measure, and communicate progress. This role will lead stakeholders across the business to drive innovation, create structure, and support the Sunrise mission and vision. This role will be comfortable using influence and making autonomous decisions to drive work forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities: • Identify, own, design, lead, and execute (i) strategic projects tied to the Sunrise Strategic Business Plan and (ii) continuous improvement programs that drive customer satisfaction and team member engagement. Tasks include but are not limited to the: • Identification of root causes of issues • Prioritization and sequencing of proposed projects • Development and presentation of leadership-ready materials • Design of change management and communication plans • Facilitation of discussions with multiple stakeholders • Design and execution of analytics in support of decision-making • Develop a continuous improvement methodology around key operational processes; identify best practices and tools required to be effective and continually evolve. • Use data to answer questions and inform recommendations; communicate findings clearly and succinctly. • Serve as the subject matter expert for digital tools that drive customer satisfaction and enable efficient operations. • Maintains compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. • Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred. • 5 or more years of impactful continuous improvement experience. • 5 or more years of Management Consulting or similar transformational project experience. • Comfort overseeing digital tools that drive customer satisfaction and enable efficient operations. • Superior analytical and quantitative abilities. • Excellent client interface, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate to audiences at all levels. • Must be self-directed, flexible, motivated, and work well independently as well as with a team; consistently take a hands-on, proactive approach.
