REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Current California Current California Pupil Personnel Services School Psychology Credential • Knowledge of general and special education requirements • Knowledge of developmental milestones • Prior job related experience • Ability to work as a team member with staff, parents and community DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Works with personnel and students to facilitate learning by assessing students, providing information for program development and student placement • Develops behavior plans and provides information to instructional personnel on child development and/or issues regarding specific students • Facilitates IEP conferences and SST meetings • Counsels students, parents/guardians and staff for the purpose of enhancing student’s success in school CONDITIONS: • Salary – Placement on the certificated salary schedule based on education and years of experience. • Salary Range: $106,574 to $120,020 (Prorated if part-time), plus $1,200 additional license stipend • 190 work days per school year (Less if part-time) • This is a temporary assignment for 2024-25 due to a leave of absence. We need to fill the position at least part-time, but are open to filling it as a full-time position in order to attract candidates.
