Job Summary/Company:
Our client is looking for a fully remote ServiceNow Architect to lead their practice, comprised of mainly federal agencies. As the Lead ServiceNow Practice Architect, you serve as the technical leader in the organization. You will shape the solutions we deliver, co-create our go-to-market strategy, drive innovation in ServiceNow solutions, and ensure the growth of our people and our business. This role combines an exceptional depth of technical expertise with visionary leadership, influencing the development of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions, fostering knowledge-sharing, and engaging in thought leadership within the ServiceNow community. *you must be a US Citizen, with either a CTA or CMA certification, and be willing to travel 10% of the time to be considered for this role*
Responsibilities:

Delivery Excellence: Design the implementation framework and plans to ensure repeatable, quality, delivery; and support marketing and sales go-to-market strategies
Qualifications/Background Profile:
12 or more years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow and similar SaaS solutions
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position)
Certified in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:
Certified System Administrator
Certified Application Developer
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Human Resources
