Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Modules including Employee Central, PMGM, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation, and Employee Central Benefits.\t
Independently configure the SAP HCM / SuccessFactors suite to align with business requirements while maintaining high quality.\t
Work with senior positions and architects to evaluate solutions via different prototypes or proof of concept.\t
Regularly engage with HR directors across the organization to understand their business needs and strategic goals while nurturing robust customer relationships internally and externally, fostering mutual commitment to shared targets and objectives\t
Lead technical efforts for HCM/Time and attendance projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with the PMO team to successfully implement new capabilities and solutions.\t
Develop a comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors roadmap to scale and deploy capabilities that align with our business partners' strategies.
Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, integrating, implementing, and providing support for HR technologies within the SAP SuccessFactors realm.\t
Demonstrated expertise in various SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, Compensation, Employee Central Benefits, and Employee Central Payroll.\t
Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionality, accompanied by advanced analytical abilities and a solid grasp of information technology and software lifecycle principles.\t
Proven track record of gathering and translating business requirements into both functional and technical solutions.
