This position supports INTEGRIS Health in the design, implementation and management of capital projects. This position is responsible for management of capital projects which span the System and will establish collaborative relationships with Administrators, Clinicians, Technical Staff, Consultants and Vendors. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of projects to meet system requirements, customer expectations and maintain a high level of quality through communications, customer service, and organizational practices. The Project Manager will be directly responsible for evaluating and overseeing qualified design and construction vendors to ensure a proactive contract administration approach for projects to complete timely and within budget. The Project Manager will effectively perform day to day coordination, management, and oversight of the assigned projects along with development and resolution of complex and difficult building construction projects.
