We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Supplier Diversity Senior Manager to lead our efforts in promoting diversity and inclusion within our supplier network. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the participation of diverse suppliers in our sourcing and procurement activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in conducting outreach activities to engage with diverse supplier communities and foster partnerships.

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive supplier diversity initiatives and program aimed at increasing the representation and utilization of minority-owned, women-owned, LGBTQ+-owned, veteran-owned, and disabled-owned businesses in our supplier base.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze supplier diversity metrics, track progress towards goals, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Be the subject matter expert on supplier diversity related individual state regulations and laws, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with the former, associated requirements are met and reporting provided.
- Organize supplier diversity training sessions and workshops for internal teams to raise awareness and promote the best practices for engaging with diverse suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders – business partners, procurement, sourcing, supplier risk & performance, supplier management teams and DEI - to integrate supplier diversity goals into our overall business strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard diverse suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse suppliers, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them succeed in our procurement process.
- Conduct regular outreach activities to engage with diverse supplier communities, including attending industry events, hosting supplier diversity forums, and participating in networking opportunities.
- Partner with community organizations, advocacy groups, and diversity chambers to identify potential diverse suppliers and facilitate connections with our organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in supplier diversity, and recommend enhancements to our program as needed.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certification as a Supplier Diversity Professional (CSDP) or similar credential is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in supplier diversity with a proven track record of success in establishing, managing, and driving continual grow and program innovation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven history of success.
- Exceptional understanding of supplier diversity best practices, regulations, and certification processes.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement supplier diversity strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in conducting outreach activities and engaging with diverse communities.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track and report on supplier diversity metrics.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

The applicable salary range for this position is $142,000 - $165,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
