The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join PVH Corp. as the Sr. Manager, Inclusion and Diversity. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our Inclusion and Diversity strategy, ensuring that every individual is valued and every voice is heard.
As the Sr. Manager, Inclusion and Diversity, you will work closely with teams from various departments, such as Human Resources, Communications, Corporate Responsibility, Legal, and associates at all levels. Your role will involve utilizing effective strategies to promote inclusion, diversity, and equity, fostering an inclusive culture, and encouraging innovation in the marketplace. Your strong project management abilities will be essential for successfully implementing cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Cultivating a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equity to build a better workplace and create a positive impact on society
- Developing strong connections with important individuals to assist in driving important initiatives.
- Providing centralized project management for cross-functional I&D initiatives
- Designing visually engaging reports and presentations to communicate DEI insights
- Consolidate, analyze and measure I&D results (PVH Listens Survey, Global Associate I&D Survey, I&D Index, diversity metrics and talent practices)
- Be a thoughtful partner for the business, analyzing diversity pledge invitations and making recommendations for participation.
- Support the application process for external recognition awards and benchmarking surveys, socializing results and creating action plans for improvement.
- Expand focus of external partnerships to help achieve I&D priorities (i.e. support TA strategy for diversity – veterans, LGBTQ, women, non-profits global and local partnerships)
What You'll Do:
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 3 years leading inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives
- Subject matter expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Demonstrated success in creating strategic plans and delivering sustainable results
- Experience managing complex projects and designing various I&D initiatives
- Strong organization, analysis, planning, and project management skills
- Equivalent experience in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Development is also acceptable.

Pay Range:$135,000 - $155,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
