As Coordinator, MiLB Club Services, you will work with Major League Baseball and the Minor League Baseball clubs to ensure positive partner engagement, facilitate club projects and communication, manage marketing initiatives and track progress among MiLB’s portfolio of projects. The Coordinator also manages projects as needed. Coordinators are on the front lines of partner communication and must work as self-starters. The right candidate is diplomatic, organized, an excellent communicator, and is someone who can multitask, while being able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact with the Minor League club personnel and internal staff to oversee and promote a positive relationship
- Schedule regular communication with club staff to facilitate idea sharing
- Educate clubs on PDL requirements related to sponsorships, promotions and licensing
- Manage various club approval processes in a timely manner
- Maintain database of MiLB club contacts
- Organize and update Club Marketing library and assist clubs with access
- Assist with MiLB.TV and MiLB audio product support
- Manage MiLB club-protected sponsor category efforts
- Review and catalog required documents and contracts
- Research and review third-party integrations, and work with internal teams on implementation
- Support clubs in usage of third-party platforms
- Work with MLB Marketing and Design on marketing programs and assets for MiLB products, including MiLB.TV and First Pitch
- Schedule assets for MiLB product marketing; analyze results and provide campaign details
- Prepare and distribute traffic reports for MiLB.com, MiLB club sites, First Pitch and MiLB.TV when needed
- Install needed third-party code to club sites for local campaigns; test code and troubleshoot as necessary; remove code following campaign completion
- Work with ticketing department and ticketing partners to add tracking code for marketing campaigns as needed
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across various MLB teams
- Keep schedules and issue tracking systems up to date
- Perform project management roles as needed
- Work with MLB team members to establish timelines and deliver on commitments

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong familiarity with the game of baseball; baseball fan preferred.
- Previous work in baseball preferred

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $58,500 - $65,000.
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision. In addition to your salary, MLB believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package for its employees.
