RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting with maintenance and servicing the day-to-day needs of the Producer, Account Lead, clients, and employees. Assist with the Alera resources, client team, and client on communication materials. Assist Help Desk with Inquiries from employees when needed and escalated claims and eligibility. Provide ongoing support to clients with the direction of the Account Lead. Assist the Account Lead in preparing for onsite client and/or employee enrollment meetings. Communicate on a professional level with insurance carriers and other vendors to address client issues in a manner that produces optimal results in a timely manner. Work effectively and collaboratively with internal client service team – producers, account lead, financial analyst to handle requests in a professional manner. Assist with open enrollment preparation and follow-up. Order and assist in assembling any Open Enrollment Materials & Required Notices. Enter and maintain client data in Outlook, Salesforce, Ndrive/Xdrive. Process Open Enrollment Change/Enrollment Forms (i.e., Ease and manual processing). Review and respond timely to any client issues, questions, concerns, or customer service inquiries that are directed to you. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work and multi-task. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully interact at all company levels while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Assume other special duties as requested such as maintenance of Zendesk, client landing pages, client reconciliations, etc. New hires without an active life and health license will be required to obtain license within 6 months from date of hire. Please make sure to coordinate with the team to ensure the time you need to obtain the licensing requirement coincides with workload. Maintain CE credit requirements to ensure appropriate life and health license is kept active.
