Job Description

The Compliance Audit Manager will be responsible for participating as a team member on various audit projects to manage document processes that might be under review and execute audit tests.
Identify and evaluate potential compliance risks within the organization and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present audit findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management, highlighting areas of non-compliance and suggesting corrective actions.
The Compliance Audit Manager will focus on performing audits in AML/BSA, OFAC, and KYC.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, risk management, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of compliance efforts.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
5-8 years experience in Compliance or Internal Audit.
Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates, including relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Capacity to work efficiently in a remote environment.
Excellent analytic, technical, and auditing skills.
