We are currently hiring a Senior Program Associate for our Brain Injury Adult Residential Program in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable. BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization required.
