Posting Summary	Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Job Coach for the Center of Adult Autism services within the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Works within the instructional setting under the supervision of a behavior analyst to support the vocational and recreational goals of adults with autism. Provides direct care to adults with autism in a variety of settings and contexts (e.g., community, vocational, recreational, center-based, etc.). Implements ABA instructional and behavior reduction programming as is appropriate under the supervision of a BCBA Collects and maintains data to support progress monitoring of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming. Maintains an efficient and organized instructional environment. This may involve the preparation of instructional materials, the creation/maintenance of data storage systems (e.g., binders), and/or physically arranging the instructional space.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Must have an interest in school climate and culture. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Must demonstrate attention to detail. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The ability to work well with adult with autism that have significant educational, physical, and/or behavioral support needs. Must be able to complete training in crisis management.
Equipment Utilized
Physical Demands and Work Environment	Qualified applicants must have the ability to work 12-19.5 hours per week on a set schedule with majority of hours during regular work and school day hours (a subset of hours between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
