Job Description
IFF is seeking a dynamic and and energized HR Analyst to join our Scent Division! If you have a strong aptitude for HR data analysis, highly proficient in creating compelling executive presentations and possess the ability to manage HR projects and initiatives, then this may be the perfect role for you. As a HR Project Analyst, you will spend your time helping drive critical talent initiatives through data driven insights and supporting various HR priorities within IFF’s inspiring Scent Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and interpret HR data from various sources to drive quality decision making as it relates to IFF’s Scent talent agenda - Utilize advanced excel skills to create detailed reports and presentations on key talent metrics, trends and insights. Generate ad-hoc reports and validate data as needed. - Create engaging and visually appealing presentations for HR meetings and executive briefings. - Collaborate with HR and Scent team members to gather content and create high quality slides for Scent business meetings. - Coordinate and manage HR initiatives and projects within scent, ensuring key milestones are met and projects are complete according to project plan. - Laisse with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of educational and work experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a HR Analytics or HR BP - High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to analyze and present HR data in a compelling way to influence decision making - Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Hybrid work schedule due to on-site project meetings at 1 to 2 days per week at on of our NJ or NY locations.
