Single Family Finance Front-end Financial Planning and Analysis team is within Freddie Mac’s Finance Division, covering Sourcing, Pricing, Credit Risk Transfer, and Portfolio Management business lines. The position is responsible for reporting performance measurements, setting targets for Key Risk Indicators, and providing financial analysis on business results & new initiative assessments.

Our Impact:
Single Family Finance Front-end Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for reporting on Sourcing, Pricing, Credit Risk Transfer, and Portfolio Management business lines.
Your Impact:
Prepare monthly Scorecards, Business Performance Review, and Financial Performance Review pertaining to Credit Risk Transfer business line.
Engage regularly with the Credit Risk Transfer group to acquire information on deals and present performance measurements.
Assist with the monthly reporting on volume, portfolio, and macroeconomic results within Scorecards and Business Performance Review.
Support the quarterly preparation of Credit Risk Transfer - Treasury, Risk Committees, and FHFA - reports.
Analyze financial and deal information for disclosures in the Company’s external financial reports (i.e. 10-Ks / 10-Qs).
Provide ROE analysis on new initiatives/project assessments, as applicable to the Business.
Qualifications:
College degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related field with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting and analytics
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Python (preferred)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
