Responsibilities
Employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate staff education and evaluations
Implements an effective budgeting and accounting system and assures accuracy for billing procedures
Assesses employees on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding of policies and procedures and assist employees to support policies and achieve necessary changes
Maintains two-way communication with employees and fair administration of personnel policies
Documents employee problems in personnel files and disciplines employees as necessary
Monitors budget hours and does not exceed allowance each year
Monitors equipment abuse and takes steps to keep it at a minimum
Develops, implements and evaluates financial policies, procedures, budget plans and cost control
Ensures staff development, including orientation, in service education and continuing education
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Licensed physician or registered nurse required
At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care related programs

Administrators Enhanced Behavioral Support Facility (EBSH) Full Time/On-Call
1 year of Management Experience
Licensed Psychiatric Technician or Registered Behavioral Technician Required
1 year of experience working with individuals with DD/Dual Diagnosis
Current Administrators Certification Required
DSP 1 and DSP2 a plus
RSO is a plus
Administrator is expected to work 40 hours per week in the EBSH facility.
Administrator is responsible for creating staff schedule. Admin schedules replacement staff for call offs. Admin communicates directly with Regional Center and Community Care Licensing in reference to care of the individuals served in the facility. Admin facilitates meetings for the individuals with these vendors. Administrator facilitates trainings and meetings with staff. Administrator monitors and maintains all supporting documentation required according to regulations.
