Job Abstract

Salary Range: $79,830 - $111,800

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Prenatal Diagnostic Center Office Manager is the designated operational manager and has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for the department's activities, operations, and staff competency.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree or business school preferred. Medical terminology preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Previous healthcare experience in a freestanding clinic preferred. Demonstrated expertise in office management with a minimum of two (2) years preferred. Demonstrated expertise in management as either first line or shift manager with a minimum of one year experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS OR ABILITIES: Effective communication skills. Able to type a minimum of 45 WPM preferred. Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Comprehend medical terminology. Build team work and strengthen interpersonal relationships between multidiscplinary team members.
