Job Abstract

We are seeking an HR Intern to join a client in Fremont. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to gain HR experience to launch their career. The role will be 100% onsite at their Fremont location. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The position is scheduled to last through the remainder of the year, but could potentially be extended. This will be a contract position, with potential for full-time based on performance and business need.

The HR Intern will support the HR team with the following job functions.

• Follow up on HR team actions in creating standard operating procedures.
• Uploads digital files and data.
• Organizes and archives documents and files
• Submit purchase order for HR usage.
• Assists in employee activity or events.
• Other tasks assigned by HR manager.

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel.
• HR knowledge.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
