- Serve as foremost expert on in-vehicle technology, collaborating with executives, R&D, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Develop and manage strategies for ADAS and multimedia technologies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and achieve key objectives.
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with various internal and external teams.
- Lead new technology launches and rollouts.
- Analyze data and create strategic recommendations.
- Represent Hyundai and Genesis at industry events.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
- Develop and manage relationships with current and potential technology partners and suppliers.
- Effectively coach, counsel, and develop staff; efficiently manage staff’s time, materials and budget while focusing on the goals and vision of the company.
- Signature authority on PRs, CRs based on Finance matrix.
- Negotiate with Vendors as needed (but no signature authority).
- Determine division of work responsibility within the group.
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Master’s degree a plus
- Ten or more years of experience with direct experience in automotive product planning and/or technology planning (multimedia, ADAS, autonomous and/or connected car) and/or vehicle line product planning.
- Three to five years of supervisory experience desired.
- Good organizational and team leadership skills.
- Strong technical aptitude; strong understanding of electrical technologies.
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry.
- Knowledge of the vehicle accessories market.

$137,025.00 - $203,000.00 Annual
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
