Summary
The NFL Digital Media group seeks a dynamic Product Operations Coordinator to provide crucial support across various platforms including NFL.com, the NFL app, NFL Fantasy, and Club Sites. This role will be integral in coordinating operational activities and ensuring seamless execution. Reporting directly to the Senior Product Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing digital product performance.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Operational Readiness: Prepare Operations teams by providing essential resources, information, and processes needed to support new products. This involves creating training materials, run-books, documentation, and resolution paths to ensure teams are equipped for success.
Support Live Streaming Operations: Assist in the execution of live digital streaming shows on NFL-owned and operated platforms, such as the NFL app for mobile/tablet/CTV, Fantasy app, and web browsers. Ensure smooth operation during live events to deliver an exceptional viewing experience to fans.
Support Digital Content Programming: Utilize administrative tools to support digital content programming efforts, as well as administration and maintenance of active NFL.com properties.
Provide Gameday Operational Support: Offer operational support for our digital O&O (Owned and Operated) apps on all gamedays and during League tentpole events. This includes promptly reporting and prioritizing issues to minimize disruptions and uphold the high standards of our digital platforms.
Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work on all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season, and Playoffs, in-office, as well as holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's.
Sound knowledge of sports and digital sports products.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred
1-3 years’ experience coordinating and supporting digital products in a sports entertainment, digital, media or related industry
Prior experience with Live event support
Prior experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Prior experience in operational support of a web and mobile based applications
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics:
Ability to comprehend and document business rules effectively.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Avid interest and knowledge of NFL football.
Salary / Pay Range
