Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Undertake work order management utilizing CMMS (Service Channel), track and reconcile expense costs against the service schedule to ensure proper financial tracking (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end), analyzing trends and making appropriate recommendations.
Manages the workflow of all janitorial program services, ensuring timely completion of all work. Utilizing our CMMS tool and processes to drive greater efficiency and transparency in services.
Serves as interface with vendors for questions about scheduling, work order status, invoicing, and other process related issues, managing compliance and follow-up with all vendors
Supports the financial tracking process from end to end of work order management. Develops processes that ensures scope and cost accuracy, data integrity for all services and financials, and tracks issues and resolutions
Creates, reviews, assigns, and tracks work orders for all repair services through ServiceChannel, pdSitelink. and shared email inboxes. Identifies qualified bidders and solicits quotes ahead of projects.
Analyzes projects and make recommendations regarding budgets and program operations
CER development as necessary
Works cross-functionally with other teams within store ops to execute projects as assigned
Designs and maintains project timelines and schedule(s) with stores and vendors.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Project Coordinator:
College Degree preferred
Must demonstrate independent decision-making abilities
Must possess strong time management and communication skills
Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word software

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
