EXPERIENCE
Two years experience in Sterile Processing Department. Additionally, the applicant must demonstrate the ability to be a resource to Sterile Processing Tech I staff by effectively training new employees, answering questions appropriately, providing accurate and complete information regarding departmental procedures and demonstrating good communication skills.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Elementary computer procedures as they apply to equipment, supply tracking, ordering and preference / pick list generation; knowledge of basic inventory control concepts and PAR level systems; knowledge of medical terminology, surgical instrumentation, supplies, equipment.
Must be able to read, write and speak English, communicate and work effectively with hospital employees, sales representatives; internal and external customers, perform simple mathematical functions and handle a large volume of detailed work accurately.

Pay Range is $34.85 to $36.86 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
