Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and dedicated individual to join our field hockey program to oversee both away trip logistics and day-to-day operations. The Operations Coordinator for Field Hockey coordinates with hotels, buses, and opposing teams to gather information to make complete itineraries for the team.
Essential Duties
Create itineraries for travel trips
Coordinate with hotels for overnights
Ensure bus pick up locations, times, and dates
Coordinate with opponents to clarify game day details
Break down film as coaching staff sees fit for team’s success
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist in analysis of catapult data

Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Competent in Hudl Sportscode.
Demonstrated understanding of Field Hockey.
High comfort level in using technology in order to complete tasks assigned.
Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience coaching and/or playing.
Previous experience working in an Athletics department.
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours
Weekend and/or late night work may be required during the fall competition season
Some travel may be required during the post-season
