The Product Operations team is responsible for helping Apple teams operate and execute effectively. Our team is responsible to take some of the most difficult organizational, business, or technological challenges. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute plans that change the way we do our work.To do this role successfully, you need to have a deep technical understanding of how our products work, a strong sense of ownership, and fantastic execution skills. You need to be the kind of person who can wear many hats and do whatever it takes to get the job done.This role encompasses strategy (e.g., analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g., driving the cadence of our organization, connecting functions), and communications across all levels of the organization.- Drive and track progress against a multi-year organizational strategy, leading strategic projects that change how we are organized, deliver software, and develop talent.- Build relationships and ensure tight alignment across key product areas and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance), navigating dependencies and trade-offs.- Set strategic priorities for the WPC Engineering leadership team, including leading the agenda and content for weekly leadership meetings and executive off-sites.- Communicate actionable insights to executive leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready presentations.- Create and set policies organizational policy.
