Job Abstract

Key Role:

Develop National Cyber Platform (NCP) Solutions growth strategy and roadmap, aligned with the NCP's vision and goals. Drive the growth strategy roadmap by working closely with and building relationships across channels, including market teams and enabling areas, such as contracts, legal, marketing, distributors, or resellers. Conduct market analysis and monitoring of internal market team client dynamics and external relevant market technology segments, including competitive assessment, and client market verticals. Lead and support pipeline management in the areas of risk management, outreach, and partnerships. Implement continuous improvement across pipeline to gain operational efficiencies in the areas of data collection, management, dashboarding, and reporting. Facilitate collaboration between markets teams with the solutions teams by forcing bi-directional communication. Optimize channel and opportunity alignment enabling value and differentiation through partner selection and enablement. Identify opportunities to expand market share and ease of consumption through partner integration, technology integrations, white labeling, and other development through venture partnerships, channel, and adjacencies. Lead strategic initiatives to increase operational efficiency and cross sector integration and collaboration. Provide portfolio cohesion of solutions to enable lower level of effort and streamline processes like ASPECT, CID, Partnerships, and other back-office integration with corporate oversight and governance. Manage and mentor junior associates, providing feedback and guidance on their performance and development. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in a solutions, consulting, or advisory role

• 10+ years of experience in business, program management, or engineering 

• Experience driving business growth, delivering results, and exceeding performance expectations 

• Experience developing and scaling sales channels, mechanisms, and partnerships to enable product sales

• Ability to synthesize complex information to generate actionable insights 

• Bachelor's degree
