Bancroft is currently seeking a Office Manager to join our Corperate department in Cherry Hill NJ.
This role will oversee the OneB corporate office to ensure office functions efficiently. Oversees the front reception area and mailroom functions. Assists Executive Assistants in the administration of office activities with limited supervision; performs administrative support which is often of a confidential nature to other team members.

Responsibilities

Software expertise: Demonstrates the knowledge and ability to use a varied number of software packages in order to produce effective, clear, and accurate documents and reports and to communicate effectively with other parties within and outside the organization.
Time management skills: Understands and demonstrates an ability to use time in an efficient and effective manner. Collaborates and communicates with co-workers to increase efficiency, and enhance team’s time management, is aware of, and consistently meets established deadlines. Identifies and prioritizes multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and assigned tasks. Communicates progress regarding completion of timelines/deadlines with co-workers, supervisors, and internal and external customers. Recommends and implements strategies to enhance time management skills.
Customer/Stakeholders: Establishes an operational environment and culture, which is aligned with program and organizational strategies, initiatives and practices. Fosters positive relations and interactions between all programs, departments and employees, which promote the growth and image of the company. Recognizes, understands, and develops strong internal, business and industry customer relationships.
Coordinates meetings, special events, travel arrangement, tours, workshops and other sponsored events as required. Supervises the Corporate Administrative Assistant/Receptionist and the Mailroom Assistant.
Oversees daily operations of the Cherry Hill corporate office to include supplies, maintenance, designation of office space, front reception area, mailroom duties, pest control, conference room scheduling, and all office oversight functions.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
At least five years administrative experience and documented experience in a supervisory role. Must have advanced computer skills and software knowledge. Able to interact with other employees and the public on a professional level.
Special Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills required, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external contacts. Familiarity with computer operations and associated software preferred. Valid driver’s license required in incumbent’s legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions. Minimum 18 years of age required.
