• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the growth and efficiency of physician practices, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission and goals.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive financial performance to support sustainable growth.
• Physician Engagement: Foster strong relationships with physician leaders, promoting collaboration and engagement to enhance clinical outcomes and practice efficiency.
• Quality Improvement: Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient care standards and operational practices.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting
