- Participate in the development of course curricula, syllabi, training plans, agendas, and course content in alignment with defined objectives and our Tiered Certification strategy
- Prepare training materials (e.g. job aids, guides, reference sheets, presentations) to support ILT programs delivered by you and other technical trainers
- Develop technical training documentation to support learning objectives.
4. Assessment and Development of Technical Staff:
- Assess technical staff to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers to create personalized development plans for employees.
5. Evaluation of Training Programs for Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants.
- Determine overall program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with Service, Support, and Engineering departments to continuously improve training content and processes.
- Collaborate with the Technical Training Manager towards the improvement of Brooks equipment and processes
6. Ensure Customer Satisfaction:
- Positively influence customer loyalty and satisfaction by supporting regional teams in delivering targeted training.
- Prepare and deliver training for customers to enhance their understanding and utilization of semiconductor equipment.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field – or related experience
- Proven experience in hands-on technical training involving mechanical and electrical equipment alongside software
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) and/or E-Learning content creation tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Innovative mentality with a focus on aligning training initiatives with organizational goals to drive business results.
Preferred Qualifications:
