Job Description
As a Plant Line Leader you will be responsible for managing the total operation of the production line to maximize performance within established safety, quality, and cost parameters.
The Line Leader will:
Serve as a customer liaison and ensure customer quality requirements are met
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for increased productivity and quality
Drive to key performance goals for production lines and hold process improvement events as needed
Work with various departments on short term and long term projects
Lead in promoting a strong safety culture
Manage the entire production line from the forehearth to the warehouse
The Line Leader should have:
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and energize hourly and salary team members
Strong desire and drive to learn new systems and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office, and SAP experience preferred
Qualifications
High School diploma required
Bachelor’s degree (Production, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline) preferred
Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement
Experience supervising people and processes in a manufacturing environment
Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
Availability to support 24/7 operations

What We Offer:
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $115,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
