Regularly provides analysis an insight on Compensation and/or Benefits related topics, seeks opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements, and facilitates change (s). Ensures Compensation and/or Benefits related work is in alignment with compensation policies, procedures and philosophy by providing guidance and oversight to team, ensuring overall quality of work delivered. Programs/ Projects Leads programs and projects which could include annual increases, contractual union increases, market survey participation, new technology implementation, audits, etc. Works with the Director of Compensation & Benefits to implement compensation and benefits program communication and training activities for projects and initiatives. Serves as team lead for technical system and vendor support for compensation and benefits tools. Leads or participates in audits to ensure legal compliance such EEO, FLSA, FMLA, SARs, etc. Keeps abreast of new legal changes to assure plans are compliant and communications to employees are timely.
