Target Range:

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Responsibilities:

• Support the deal team assigned, including originators, underwriting and portfolio analysts in the divisions assigned by providing a risk management and objective focus to portfolio commercial loan relationships. 
• Candidate will manage and monitor a commercial portfolio, recognizing and managing early warning signs for the portfolio on a recurring basis. 
• Recommend changes in structure (amendments/waivers) or account management strategy to address negative trends.

• Manage and monitor loan products including affirmative and negative financial covenant compliance and comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Manage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ongoing monitoring of financial trends, collateral trends and liquidity.
• Recommend appropriate courses of action to address risk management and credit issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience working in a financial institution
• 5+ years in a transactional role
• Syndicated lending and/or management experience is a plus
• Demonstrate a strong level of commercial credit underwriting
