Ø As Senior Director, Corporate Development, you will partner with senior leadership to develop strategic partnerships and alignments to support achievement of strategic plan. Ø Lead aspects of acquisition and divestiture projects including preliminary due diligence, financial analysis, transaction structuring and negotiation of agreements. Ø Provide analysis and recommendations on implications of range of strategic and/or operational alternatives. Ø Manage due diligence process and ensue adherence to consistent quality standards.
