Positions Summary As a key member of the Global Contracts Management team, the Global Contracts Manager’s primary tasks will include assisting with management and audit of ERM’s portfolio of Sell Side contracts, creating contract abstracts, responding to questions on contractual matters raised by Partners, Project Managers and Regional Contracts Managers, providing training support on contractual matters, and performing ad hoc assignments as required. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills as there will also be needed to interface with members of the Operations, Legal, Finance, Global Revenue Management, and IT departments. Responsibilities:
•Assist with the management of ERM’s portfolio of sell side contracts currently stored in the Salesforce Centralized Global Contracts Repository •Review and audit contractual documents uploaded to the repository to ensure that they are executed in accordance with ERM’s Project Contracts Authorisation and Approvals Policy - 2023, and contract policies and procedures •Review contractual documents and populate standard fields in Salesforce to create contract abstracts. Contract Abstracts are an obligations management tool for Partners, Project Managers, and relevant stakeholders. •Monitoring and managing KPI on contracts compliance •Respond to designated cases submitted by Partners to the Salesforce Case Management System •Execute special projects as assigned by the Senior Program Director Skills/Competencies: •Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. •Possess excellent persuasion and judgment skills •Demonstrate strong presentation skills •Must demonstrate attention to details •Must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues •Knowledge of Salesforce Preferred Education/Experience: •BSc degree in Business Administration or related field, •3-5 years’ experience in project management, contracts review and accounting
