Job Responsibilities:
Develop relationships and opportunities with key decision makers resulting in the sale of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and maintenance contracts.
Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process.
Conduct customer site walk-thru's and estimate MEP installations and service opportunities.
Work with other personnel to execute growth, development, sales, and marketing of all MEP solutions offered.
Develop market awareness for the company through networking, presentations, and associations.
Construct and submit professional written proposals within the established deadline.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Must have Badge access to Military Bases
Understanding of Military Procurement Processes
Prior professional sales experience calling on Military OR Commercial customers within the MEP market or related technologies.
Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions.
Work independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Shows initiative, engages in proactive behavior, and looks for opportunities.
Very adaptable and responds effectively to changes in situation or information.
Strong sales, presentation, communication, and customer relation skills along with knowledge of products and services.
