1. Leverages customer insights and key stakeholder requests to maintain a cohesive vision of the product roadmap. 2. Facilitates the execution of the product roadmap. 3. Defines enhancement and defect priorities for delivery team as part of roadmap planning process. 4. Supports the definition of scope and level of effort for roadmap initiatives. 5. Collaborates with key stakeholders to build business cases for enhancement requests. 6. Coordinates discovery sessions when necessary. 7. Creates user stories for delivery team. 8. Communicates relevant roadmap updates to key stakeholders and delivery team. 9. Manages relationships with key vendors, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and organizational goals.
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2. Two to three years of related work experience. 3. Skilled problem solver focused on achieving desired customer and business outcomes. 4. Ability to translate technical details for non-technical partners. 5. Self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team. 6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment required while being detail oriented. 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills. 8. Experience with Scrum, Agile, or Lean methodologies.
