The Work:
As a Technical Trainer Sr you will:
- Design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature
- Draft and finalize training documentation
- Prepare instructional materials from technical source data
- Present training materials to a large audience
- Evaluate training requirements for the system
- Create training objectives and goals
- Conduct customized training classes
- Develop training plans and the associated curricula
- Identify the resources necessary to implement the plan and ensure that training is conducted in accordance with the plan

#rmsil24 The job involves designing, developing, and revising complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. The qualifications include:
Current certification through National Cryptologic University (NCU) Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or a similar degree or equivalent. A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
3 years of SIGINT-related experience within the intelligence community.
Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

5 years of training experience with digital signals processing
Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
Experience with administrating virtual training
Ability to travel
Experience with SIGINT and C++
Must possess a Cleared Contingent (CCA) or Full Scope Polygraph clearance

Additionally, the job requires:
Five (5) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.
