Cyber Workforce Policy Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Cyber Workforce Policy Analyst on our team, you’ll assess current Navy and DoD cyber workforce policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas to target for improvement. You’ll analyze how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding potential issues and areas for improvement, you’ll work on the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work with the client to help them better position the Naval workforce to navigate an evolving IT environment.

You Have:
- 5 years of experience in CIO or cybersecurity work
- Knowledge of DoD and Navy cybersecurity and cyber workforce policy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to leverage technical, analytic, and communication to develop and brief material to senior client leadership to support decision-making
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with analysis of policy or drafting formal correspondence
- Experience with Navy staff as military, civilian, or contractor in OPNAV or Navy Systems Commands (SYSCOMs)
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
