With the demand for resilient, clean energy growing, many Federal Government energy consumers, including the Department of Defense, need support standing up new programs to manage limited resources and achieve sophisticated energy objectives. On our team, you’ll manage communications across numerous senior stakeholder groups to deliver renewable energy procurement projects. You’ll facilitate meetings, manage reporting, and prepare materials to ensure partners and stakeholders are engaged and informed. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience as an energy coordinator or project manager
- Experience advising senior clients and stakeholders in the Federal Government or Department of Defense
- Knowledge of the energy sector and trends, including renewables, power purchase agreements, and climate policy
- Ability to manage schedule and workload to successfully deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with data analysts and technical experts
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Economics
Nice If You Have:
- Experience using Federal Government and Department of Defense digital task management tools
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word or PowerPoint
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
