Summary:
Brivo is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a critical role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospects, developing and executing targeted outbound campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to drive engagement and interest in Brivo's products and services
Collaborate with sales team to identify areas of opportunity and improve overall sales strategy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in CRM system
Attend trade shows and events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2 years of experience in sales development or inside sales
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospects
Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
This position requires a motivated and self-directed professional, capable of establishing working relationships across the business and within the target organizations. The responsibilities of the position will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility.
